BOX Baseball - Game 27 at Seattle

Game 27- Kaylor provided the offense and that was enough to overcome some questionable defense as the BOX defeated Seattle 3-2.

The BOX allowed one run after a passed ball but still held a 2-1 lead in the 7th on the strength of Kaylor's 4th homer of the year and a 6th inning rbi single.  In the bottom of the 7th Fuzzy ran out of gas and after allowing single he uncorked a wild pitch that allowed the runner to move to second. Greg came in to try to get the inning's final out, but Joey lost a high pop fly in the sun and the Mariners tied it up.

Joey made for it the next inning leading off with a single and stealing second. He came around to score on Kaylor's 3rd rbi of the day.  Charlotte saved the game with a 1-2-3-4 ninth.
