Game 26 - The BOX finally scored a run. We managed 14 hits but stranded 10 of them. 3 others were wiped out on double plays, but one runner managed to make it all the way to home plate. For the first time in 26 innings there was not a 0 on the scoreboard. Miraculously, that was enough.
Katy pitched 8 and 2/3rds shut out innings and was one out away from her second shutout of the season when her elbow tweaked. C-bug came in to close it out and after giving up two hits and putting the tying run in scoring position, she got the final out to seal the win.
Dave was named player of the game for knocking in Kaylor with the winning run.
